About the Program

n

Commencing in February 2027, Bell Potter Securities' Graduate Program offers hands-on experience with one of Australia's leading full-service stockbroking and financial advisory firms. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to build client relationship skills, technical capability and commercial understanding.

Across the 12-month program, you'll contribute to meaningful work, learn how teams support clients, and receive structured learning, mentoring and feedback to support your development.

What You'll Be Doing

- Gain professional insight into areas such as stockbroking, corporate finance, institutional broking, margin lending, research, compliance and operations.
n
- Work alongside experienced professionals supporting retail, corporate and institutional clients.
n
- Contribute to projects that support sound decision-making and strengthen client outcomes.
n




- Analyse market, financial and operational information to develop practical insights.
n
- Build your technical and professional skills through training, mentoring, feedback and collaboration across teams.

About You

- You are a final-year student or recent graduate, with a genuine interest in financial markets, stockbroking, wealth management and broader financial services.
n
- You bring robust numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with careful attention to detail.
n
- You communicate clearly, build professional relationships and work well with people across different teams and levels of seniority.
n
- You are curious, commercially minded, adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of your development.

- You are organised, able to manage competing priorities and demonstrate great initiative.
