We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Campus Principal to lead our welcoming Leeton Campus and make a lasting impact on our students, staff and community.

The Campus

n

The Leeton campus is situated just five minutes from the town centre. Our impressive 2500m2 facility spans four acres, housing both primary and secondary learning centres and a multi-purpose complex. At Leeton campus, teachers rediscover the joy that drew them to education. For our close-knit school community of 28 students and 10 staff members, the positive campus culture creates a learning atmosphere where both students and teachers thrive through genuine collaboration and shared purpose.

The Position

n

As the Campus Principal, you will be responsible for the management and professional leadership of the campus on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of the curriculum with a focus on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school's policies and programs. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity!

In this role you will be expected to:

n

- Manage the administration of the Campus.
n
- Support and respect the School's Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles
n
- Provide professional and instructional leadership ensuring the school curriculum is delivered in line with the Australian Curriculum requirements across Years 3 - 12
n
- In association with the Campus Directors, plan the school budget and keep to the agreed budgets
n
- Focus on enhanced student achievement and engagement for all students across the school.
n
- Small Teaching load as required.
n

Skills and Experience

n





The successful candidate will have previous school leadership experience which may include primary sub-school, secondary sub-school, campus leadership or an equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning leadership.
