Job Description

Ironbark Citrus is seeking farmhands to join our outdoor team. Start date 24th December 2026. The role involves citrus picking, pruning and general orchard work with high physical demands and long hours.

Pay and conditions will follow the Horticultural Award MA000028 according to experience level, with a minimum of 38 hours per week and on-site work. Training will be provided to current staff.
