Our Souls are not pushy and do not use aggressive selling techniques. The client experience is more important than forcing a sale. With management support, Souls offer genuine, thoughtful service while following company processes and policies and fostering Le Labo's culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences.

Role Responsibilities

n

n
- Create a welcoming store environment.
n
- Share knowledge of fine perfumery, the brand and the collection while building authentic client connections.
n
- Manage the lab, including compounding perfumes, ingredients, stock, labelling and boxing creations with care.
n
- Build the client database by gathering client information.
n
- Follow operational best practice,



compliance and POS training guidelines.
