About the Role

You will be involved in a broad range of matters, including:

- Commercial and retail leasing.

- Property acquisitions and disposals.

- Business sales and purchases.

- Contract drafting and negotiation.

- Property development and subdivision matters.

- Due diligence and advisory work.
n
- General commercial transactions.
n
- Client relationship management and business development.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

- 3+ years' post-admission experience in commercial and property law (adaptable for the right candidate).

- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
n
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
n
- A practical, commercial approach to legal problem-solving.

- The ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
