We are currently seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to join our team, based in Charters Towers, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, effective inventory control, and smooth store operations. The Store Supervisor plays a key role in leading and supporting staff, maintaining a safe and well-organised store environment, and ensuring orders and stock movements are handled accurately and efficiently. As our store trades seven days a week, availability to work every third weekend on a rotating roster is required.

Hours:

- Monday - Friday: 8:35am - 5:10pm
n
- Saturday: 8:40am - 2:10pm
n
- Sunday: 9:35am - 1:10pm
n

As a Store Supervisor you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolving escalated customer enquiries or concerns.
n
- Supervising, motivating, and supporting team members to achieve individual and store performance targets.
n
- Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to ensure high standards are maintained.
n
- Coordinating staff training and development, including onboarding and continuous skill improvement.
n
- Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and ensuring smooth workflows.
n
- Preparing and maintaining staff rosters to ensure appropriate coverage across the sales floor and warehouse.
n
- Monitoring stock levels, supporting inventory control, and coordinating replenishment as required.
n
- Maintaining high standards of merchandising, visual presentation, cleanliness, and store appearance.
n
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements,



and regulatory standards.
n
- Representing the business positively within the local community and supporting brand values at all times.
n
- A willingness to learn and take initiative in a leadership role.
n
- A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in store operations and inventory management.
n
- Experience in inventory control, stock management, or retail operations.
n
- Previous experience supervising or supporting a team in a retail or customer-focused environment.
n
- Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
n
- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, customers, and management.
n
- Ability to handle physically active tasks, including stocking shelves, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation.
n
- Comfortable working on the sales floor, including standing for extended periods and moving merchandise as needed.
n
- A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to upholding high standards of customer service and store operations.
