Job Description

Coles Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced SRM Business System Manager to lead strategy, governance and improvements of our SRM platform. You will own end-to-end management, align with commercial strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Data, you will build a high‐performing team of SRM Business Analysts, translate business needs into prioritized user stories, manage releases, and drive KPI reporting and risk management.
