We have an prospect for an experienced Laser Bucket / Tractor Operator to join our team on a full-time basis.

The position will work across our farming operations, including Blue Mountain, Marwood and Rangeview.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Laser Bucket / Tractor Operator to join our team on a full-time basis.
n
The position will work across our farming operations, including Blue Mountain, Marwood and Rangeview.
n
The Role
n
You will be a key part of the farming operations team, undertaking precision earthworks, tractor operations and general farm duties across our properties.
n
The role will suit an experienced machinery operator who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and is willing to work across different farm locations as required.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Operate laser bucket and tractor machinery safely and efficiently
n
- Undertake laser levelling, earthworks and other farm preparation activities
n
- Operate tractors and related agricultural machinery
n
- Conduct general farm and property maintenance as required
n
- Assist with irrigation and other farming activities
n
- Basic maintenance and breakdown diagnosis, repair or referral for repairs and maintenance for all plant and equipment
n
- Ensure all work practices are conducted in a safe manner in line with relevant legislative requirements
n
- Additionally, you may be required to conduct other duties as required
n
n
The experience we're looking for
n
n
- Previous experience operating a laser bucket
n
- Previous tractor and agricultural machinery operating experience
n
- Experience in sugar cane or broad acre farming preferred
n
- Good mechanical knowledge or relevant experience with agricultural machinery preferred
n
- Ability and willingness to work across Blue Mountain, Marwood and Rangeview
n
- Minimum of Queensland C class driver's licence
n
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail
n
