Joss Facility Management is a leading provider of cleaning services throughout regional NSW. As a Joss Cleaner you will be required to provide high quality cleaning services to Primary & Secondary Schools, Emergency Service Centres, TAFE Colleges and Council and Community buildings.

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on and motivated Town Leading Hand to support daily cleaning operations, provide guidance to cleaners, and assist in maintaining high service standards across allocated sites.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone with cleaning or supervisory experience who enjoys leading by example and working as part of a team.

About the Role

n

As the Town Leading Hand, you will support the Area Manager with the day-to-day coordination of cleaning operations within the Moruya area. This includes assisting cleaners, conducting quality checks, helping manage coverage for absences, and ensuring sites are maintained to a high standard.

n

You will be a key contact for the local team and help foster a positive, professional and safety-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Support and guide cleaners across allocated sites
n
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees
n
- Assist with rostering support and shift coverage where required
n




- Ensure cleaning standards and compliance requirements are met
n
- Report maintenance, staffing or operational concerns to management
n
- Build positive relationships with staff and site contacts
n
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic and qualified attitude
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
n
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
n
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check - For Paid Employment.
