HC Drivers Wanted in Colac - Full-Time & Casual Positions

Wettenhalls Transport is looking for experienced HC Truck Drivers to join its South-West Victorian operation based around Colac.

n

Both full-time and casual positions are available. In addition, drivers can choose from a variety of AM and PM shifts.

n

You'll service customers throughout Victoria's Western District and South-West Coast. Therefore, this role is ideal for an experienced driver looking for consistent regional work with a respected transport company.

About the Role

n

As an HC Driver, you'll complete transport work throughout the Western District and South-West Coast.

n

Your day will involve operating safely while delivering a high standard of service to customers.

n

Responsibilities include:

- Completing regional transport runs safely and efficiently
n
- Operating HC combinations professionally
n




- Conducting vehicle safety and pre-start checks
n
- Following assigned schedules and delivery requirements
n
- Providing professional customer service
n
- Completing required transport paperwork
n
- Following Chain of Responsibility requirements
n
- Complying with road transport legislation
n
- Maintaining high safety standards throughout each shift
n

n

Most importantly, you'll become part of a team that takes driver safety seriously.

What You'll Need

n

Successful applicants will have:

n

- Current HC or MC Licence
n
- Suitable heavy vehicle driving experience
n
- Strong work ethic
n
- Reliable and punctual approach
n
- Sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility
n
- Understanding of road transport legislation
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Professional attitude and presentation
n

You'll also need to work well independently while remaining part of the wider transport team.
