Inala Hotel is a friendly, bustling local venue in Brisbane's western suburbs, looking for our next hospitality superstar.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service
n
- Provide a high level of service to gaming patrons
n
- Work across the Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno
n
- Prepare and serve beverages and assist with bar operations
n
- Provide barista coffee service when required
n
- Process TAB and Keno transactions and assist guests with enquiries
n
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, responsible service requirements and venue procedures
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and well‐presented venue
n
- Create a friendly and welcoming experience for every guest
n
- Support the wider Front of House team as required
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Holds a current QLD RSA and RSG – essential
n
- Has previous gaming experience – preferred but not essential
n
- Has TAB and Keno knowledge – advantageous
n
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Is reliable, responsible and has a strong work ethic
n
- Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Can work confidently in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Enjoys working as part of a team
n




- Has flexible availability across a 7‐day roster, including days, evenings and weekends
n
- Has valid Australian working rights
n
