Job Description

West Gippsland Healthcare Group is seeking an Associate Maternity Unit Manager (AMUM) for the Maternity & Gynaecology Unit. This permanent part time role, up to 48 hours per fortnight, reports to the Maternity Unit Manager and leads workforce management, quality improvement, and patient care delivery.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse with AHPRA, 3–5 years in midwifery and gynaecology nursing, and strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
