We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Consultant to join our Sydney team on a max-term contract to cover a period of parental leave from mid-September 2026 to 30 June 2027.

This is an excellent prospect for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting environment, partnering with local and international clients, and delivering practical HR and recruitment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
n
As an HR Consultant, you will support a portfolio of clients across:
n
n
- HR advisory and employee relations matters
n
- Employment contracts, policies and HR documentation
n
- HR compliance and Fair Work-related obligations
n
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
n
- Employer of Record (EOR) employee management
n
- Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
n
- Immigration and workforce mobility coordination
n
- Workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
n
- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Consulting or Recruitment
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
n
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and build robust client relationships
n
n
