Field Service Supervisor role in Cairns - lead a team whilst remaining hands‐on in a permanent role with a national brand.

- Permanent, Mon‐Fri, 7am-4/4:30pm (some flexibility)

- Lead a technician and 2 apprentices

- Upskilling across a range of equipment

The Duties

n

A blend of tools‐on work and team leadership, keeping the workshop and field jobs running smoothly.

n

n
- Servicing, PM work and component change‐outs
n
- Fault finding and diagnostics, field and workshop
n
- Hydraulic and electrical repairs
n




- Mentoring the technician and apprentices
n
- Managing workflow and job scheduling
n
- Warranty work and documentation
n

n

What You'll Need

n

Someone ready to lead while staying across the tools, with an eye for keeping the team on track.

n

n
- Trade qualified in LV or HD mechanics
n
- Prior supervisory or leading hand experience
n
- Strong mechanical knowledge, some hydraulics/electrical
n
- Comfortable leading a small team
n
