About the role

n

We have an opportunity to join our team in community aged care, providing personal support for our clients in Nannup. This is a casual position, perfect for someone looking for a few extra hours per week. Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.

- Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
n
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
n
- Social connection and companionship
n

n

What do we need from you?

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification
n
- Own vehicle
n
- Australian Driver licence
n
- First Aid & CPR
n
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
n
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
n




- Experience in care role highly regarded
n
