n Build deep, trusted relationships with sophisticated clients who value expert guidance.
n Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Bank's service standards.
n Search for opportunities to provide innovative financial solutions, including lending and investment options.
n Resolve client needs personally, maintaining an end‐to‐end service approach for the entire portfolio.
n Collaborate actively, referring customers to specialists for financial planning, investment, risk insurance, and complex investment needs.
n Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and identify portfolio growth opportunities.

Requirements

- Demonstrable experience in complex mortgage lending.
n
- Experience in a sales role with diversified product and service offerings.
n
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
n
- Robust relationship‐building skills and a commitment to client success.
n
- The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
n
- Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar (preferred).
n
- FSRA Tier 2 accreditation,



including Deposit Products and General Insurance (preferred).
