We arecurrently seeking an experienced Registered Nurseto provide clinical support to the team at BethanieDalyellup Aged Care Home.

AboutYou
n
n
- Currently registeredwith the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
n
- Current CPR(HLTAID009) Certificate (or willingness to obtainone)
n
- Relevant clinicalexperience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but isnot essential
n
- Ability to workindependently and professionally
n
- Ability to motivatestaff and promote a positive work workplace
n
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills and ability toconfidently use clinical information systems
n
- Willingness to upholdthe Mission, Vision and Values of The BethanieGroup
n
- Willingness to obtainrelevant vaccinations (minimum of one covid and annualflu)
n
- Current NDIS WorkerScreening Check (or willingness to apply for one)
n

TheRole
n
n
- Takeimmediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safeand effective manner, while providing direction to EnrolledNurses and Care Workers
n
- Complete assessmentand / or admission requirements
n
- Maintain an effectivereferral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and / orallied health staff
n
- Ensurethat clinical records reflect care, in line with allaccreditation standards and legislativerequirements
n
- Provide mentoring andtraining to employees where required
n
n
