- Supporting the delivery of strategic advisory and transformation engagements for government clients

- Contributing to the successful delivery of complex programs across digital, technology, operating model and service improvement initiatives

- Bringing strong consulting, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills

- Building trusted relationships with government stakeholders

- Supporting business development, client account management and broader practice development opportunities

Requirements

n

n
- Proven delivery of consulting, advisory, project or transformation engagements within government, infrastructure, technology
n
- Interest in, or developing knowledge of, Public Sector priorities, policy frameworks and service delivery environments
n
- Ability to manage priorities, contribute to complex transformation programs and deliver high-quality outcomes in agile stakeholder environments
n
- Exposure to large-scale digital, ICT, infrastructure, PMO or service transformation programs
n
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships, navigate complex issues and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes
n




- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
