Doctors at Landsborough has a fantastic prospect for an enthusiastic Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team on a Casual basis.

This role is ideal for someone with flexibility across Monday to Friday and the ability to cover leave at short notice.

n

The Practice Nurse will:

n

n
- Be willing to learn and work as a team to provide culturally appropriate assessments, therapeutic and education services for clients with chronic disease as required
n
- Participate in Quality Improvement Activities
n
- Adhere to relevant professional Code of Ethics guidelines
n
- A willingness to implement and adapt to change when required to benefit patients, staff, and the wider group
n
- Have a strong work ethic, a caring nature, high level communication skills and attention to detail
n

Requirements

n

n
- Permanent full Australian working rights
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (general or specialist registration)
n




- Previous experience working in general practice and/or emergency preferable
n
- A warm and friendly personality with a commitment to working as a part of a team of professionals
n
- Dedication to the provision of the highest standard of nursing care with exceptional attention to detail
n
- Proficient computer skills (previous experience with Best Practice software not essential but highly regarded, especially Medical Director)
n
- Strong communication and time management skills
n
