Job Description

- Own the month-end and year-end reporting process for the APAC region.
n
- Prepare regional P&L; reporting, executive reporting and monthly management reporting packs.
n
- Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
n
- Partner with Project Finance Managers to prepare financial and programme performance commentary, ensuring key business drivers, risks and opportunities are reflected in management reporting.
n
- Build effective relationships with Project Finance Managers and regional finance stakeholders across APAC.
n
- Consolidate financial information from multiple stakeholders into accurate and meaningful reporting.
n
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise finance reporting processes and workflows.
n
- Document reporting processes to improve consistency, efficiency and business continuity.
n
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Requirements

n

n
- CA or CPA qualified.
n
- Approximately 5–8 years' experience in FP&A;, management reporting, commercial finance or project finance.
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting month-end and year-end close.
n
- Experience preparing regional P&L; reporting, forecasting and executive reporting.
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build, troubleshoot and optimise financial models and reporting.
n
- Project finance experience highly regarded.
n
- SAP experience desirable.
n
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI desirable.
n

- Ability to work independently while building effective relationships across a regional business.
