We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate General Practitioners to support aged care facilities throughout NSW. This is a unique opportunity to deliver meaningful, high-quality care to residents while enjoying flexibility and strong remuneration.
n Successful candidates will be able to commit to from 1 day per week to 5 days per week. Available days are as below.

- Travelling VR Doctor – NSW regional areas
n
- Central Coast – 3-4 days/week (Wednesdays to Fridays)
n
- Condobolin to Orange – 2 days/week (Mondays to Tuesdays)
n
- Dubbo to Mudgee – 3 days/week (Wednesdays to Fridays)
n
- Bomaderry to Nowra – 2 days/week (Mondays to Tuesdays)
n
- Batemans Bay to Dalmeny – 2 days/week (Mondays to Tuesdays)
n
- Katoomba to Kandos - 2 days/week (Mondays to Tuesdays)

Duties and Responsibilities

n

- Providing comprehensive medical care to residents within aged care facilities, ensuring services are delivered in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
- On-site clinical visits (mandatory component)
n
- Telehealth consultations (where appropriate)
n
- Collaboration with nursing staff and care teams
n
- Proactive management of chronic conditions and care planning
n

n

Skills and Abilities:

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current registration with AHPRA (no restrictions)
n
- Your own PRODA access
n
- A valid ABN
n
- Experience or strong interest in aged care
n
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centred care
n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
n
