About the Role

n

As Lifestyle Team Leader, you will lead engaging activities and programs that bring connection, purpose, enjoyment and companionship to our residents.

n

You will:

- Lead creative and meaningful lifestyle activities
n
- Build genuine relationships with residents and families
n
- Support individual interests, culture, abilities and choices
n




- Develop activities that encourage social connection and participation
n
- Work closely with our care and clinical teams
n
- Help create a warm, inclusive workplace where residents feel valued
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is creative, caring, energetic and organised, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of older people.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- Natural leadership capability and excellent people skills
n
- Relevant qualifications in Lifestyle, Leisure & Health, Individual Support or Allied Health
n
- Experience in residential aged care
n
- Knowledge of person-centred care and the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A positive attitude and the ability to bring new ideas to life
n

n

You will also need a current Police Check and valid working rights in Australia.
