Summer Springs delivers natural spring water to homes and businesses across regional NSW from our Dubbo depot. We run established routes and we're looking for a reliable, physically capable driver to join the team.

About the role

n

Full-time and weekday-based, you'll load your truck at the start of the day, run your route, look after customers along the way, and finish up back at the depot. It's a physical, practical job with a consistent daily structure. You're largely on your own once you leave — which suits people who take ownership of their day and don't need someone looking over their shoulder.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Multi-drop delivery of 15L spring water bottles to residential and commercial customers across Dubbo and surrounds
n
- Loading and unloading at the depot, including forklift operation
n
- Keeping your vehicle clean, safe and well-presented
n
- Using a handheld device for deliveries and run management
n
- Being a professional, friendly point of contact for customers on the route
n
- Following WHS procedures,



vehicle checks and secure manual handling practices

What we're looking for

n

n
- Current MR driver's licence
n
- Australian citizenship — sponsorship is not available for this position
n
- Physical fitness and ability to repeatedly lift and carry 15L water bottles safely
n
- Reliable, punctual and self-organised
n
- A commitment to safety
n

What we offer

- Permanent, full-time employment with a stable regional business

- Weekday daytime hours — no nights, no weekends

- $31–$36 per hour + super, depending on experience

- This role has room to grow. For the right person, there's genuine potential over time to take on aspects of our coffee business — deliveries, machine servicing, or roasting operations. It's not the core of the role, but it's a real opportunity for someone with broader interests.
