Interior Design Consultant | High-End European Furniture

Join a globally recognised European furniture brand in this exciting showroom-based sales role. We're looking for an experienced Interior Design / Sales Consultant with a consultative approach, strong client skills and a genuine passion for premium interiors.

Based in a beautifully designed showroom, you'll work with discerning clients, providing design-led advice while building relationships and driving sales.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Deliver a premium, personalised showroom experience to every client.
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, generating repeat business and referrals.
n
- Manage the full consultative sales process from initial enquiry through to conversion and delivery.
n
- Understand client briefs and provide considered furniture, design and product solutions.
n
- Achieve and exceed individual and showroom KPIs and sales targets.
n
- Proactively follow up enquiries and opportunities to maximise conversion.
n
- Develop strong product knowledge across the European furniture collection, including materials, finishes, dimensions and functionality.
n
- Work collaboratively with clients, designers and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Maintain a beautifully presented showroom in line with premium brand standards.
n

About You

n





We're looking for someone who combines design expertise with proven consultative sales experience.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- Experience in interior design sales, furniture, premium retail, showroom sales or a related design-led environment.
n
- A proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
n
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
n
- A genuine passion for interiors, furniture, architecture and design.
n
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with discerning clients.
n
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales.
n
- Excellent organisation, follow-up and attention to detail.
n
- A qualification in Interior Design, Interior Decoration or a related discipline would be highly regarded.
n
