Key Responsibilities

- Performing daily data work, such as cleaning, processing, visualization, automated workflows, and maintaining data quality.

- Analyzing company performance and sales data to deliver actionable insights, reports,
and dashboards; providing data support for adjustments to sales KPIs and incentive programs.

- Organizing and periodically reviewing existing SOPs and code to ensure process standardization and normalization.
n
- Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of data issues: liaising with front‐line Sales to clarify symptoms and business impact, and coordinating with back‐end Data/BO/IT teams to investigate, resolve, and validate fixes.

- Exploring and adopting AI tools to reduce repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency.
