About the Role
n
Beautylashious is looking for a creative and commercially minded Content Creator (Marketing) to lead our digital content across our salons and Beauty Academy. This is a hands‐on strategic role where you'll take content from idea to production, publishing and performance optimisation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Develop and execute content & social media strategies
n
- Create and edit Reels, TikToks, interviews, photos and promotional content
n
- Develop campaigns and content series that drive brand awareness, enquiries, enrolments and sales
n
- Conduct interviews with team members, clients, models and Academy students
n
- Manage content calendars and social media channels
n
- Write captions and marketing copy
n
- Plan and optimise paid social media campaigns
n
- Analyse performance and continuously improve content
n
- Independently plan and conduct content shoots across our locations
n
- Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone with:
n
n
- Skilled experience in content creation, social media & digital marketing
n
- Strong video production, editing and storytelling skills
n
- Strategic and creative thinking
n
- Experience with social media analytics and paid campaigns
n
- Strong communication and interview skills
n
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, photo-editing and AI content tools
n
- A commercially minded and organised approach
n
- Beauty, lifestyle or brand experience is highly regarded
n
- Willingness to regularly travel between Gold Coast, Brisbane & Cairns
n
n
Comfortable appearing on camera? That's a bonus, but not essential.
n
