About the Role

n

We are seeking experienced and reliable Personal Support Workers to join our team throughout Brisbane and Surrounds.

n

In this role, you'll provide person-centred, high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including:

n

n
- PEG Feeding, Bladder Washout, STOMA, Peristeen and tracheostomy care
n
- Personal Care and Hygiene including enemas and suppositories
n
- Mobility and transfers using hoists, slide boards, and slide sheets
n
- Monitoring health conditions, checking pressure areas, and assisting with medications.
n

n

Your support will make a meaningful difference every day.

n

What We're Looking For

n

We want team members that are:

n

n
- Available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, active overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
n
- Experienced in Nursing, Aged Care, or Disability support, or currently studying.
n
- Confident and willing to train in complex care
n
- Solid and authentic communicators
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

n




- Valid Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Completed relevant qualification, or working towards a relevant qualification
n
- Current Working with Children and NDIS Workers Screening Card, or willingness to obtain
n
- Smartphone Device
n
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation module, or willingness to obtain
n
