About the Role
n
This is a hands-on position involving day-to-day building maintenance across a range of strata and commercial properties throughout Sydney.
n
Your duties will include:
n
n
- General building repairs and maintenance
n
- Basic painting and touch-up work
n
- Wall and ceiling patching repairs
n
- Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs
n
- Carpentry and handyman tasks
n
- Routine property inspections
n
- Identifying maintenance issues and reporting as required
n
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
n
- Providing excellent service to clients and residents
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Previous experience in building maintenance, handyman services, or a similar role
n
- Knowledge of painting, patching, and general building repairs
n
- Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance experience
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
n
- Positive communication and customer service skills
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Valid work authorisation in Australia
n
n
