We create some of Australia's most loved brands and products. We're looking for a motivated, safety-focused, and reliable RF/Forklift Operator to join our Inventory team. This permanent opportunity will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage,
and supply of materials across our manufacturing operation.
n
This role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, takes pride in maintaining high safety and quality standards, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
As an RF/Forklift Operator, you will:
n
n
- Safely operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment.
n
- Receive, store, pick, and transport raw materials and finished goods.
n
- Accurately complete RF scanning transactions and inventory movements.
n
- Support inventory accuracy and stock control activities.
n
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment.
n
- Assist with material replenishment to production lines.
n
- Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and food safety requirements.
n
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and raise where required.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
- Previous experience operating forklifts within a manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environment.
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Proven ability to work independently while remaining a valuable team contributor.
n
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
n
- Sound attendance record and consistent performance history.
n
- Flexible approach to working across Day, Afternoon, or Night Shift as required.
n
n
Preferred
n
n
- SAP experience.
n
- Experience using RF scanning systems.
n
- Previous exposure to FMCG or food manufacturing environments.
n
- Understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
n
n
