We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across the floor, events, and gaming at Pepe's on the Beach. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, with KPIs tied to service standards, event execution, and operational performance, including responsible gaming oversight.

- Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
n
- Lead, support, and mentor the FOH team during service periods
n
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering events as part of role KPIs
n
- Support the management and operation of the gaming room in line with compliance
n
- Manage guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
n
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance development
n
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and venue policies
n

About the Candidate

- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a similar venue
n
- Experience supporting or managing events within a hospitality environment
n
- Confident leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
n
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
n
- Hands-on, proactive approach to service and operations
n
- Current RSA and RCG certification
n
