Downer is seeking an experienced Claims & Billing Lead to oversee end-to-end claims and billing for a major program within its Energy & Utilities division. You will work with Project Managers, Commercial, Finance and client teams to ensure accurate, timely and compliant submissions that support project success and cash flow performance.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will drive improvements in accuracy, reduce billing delays and strengthen governance.
