The Self Styler is looking for a reliable full-time warehouse assistant to join our growing team.

This role is hands-on and repetitive by nature. You'll be picking, packing, and preparing orders all day, every day. It's a outstanding fit for someone who enjoys routine, physical work, and staying focused.

This is a full-time role based in our Burleigh Heads Warehouse. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Preparing parcels for dispatch
n
- Keeping the warehouse organised and clean
n
- Following processes to ensure orders go out correctly and on time
n
- Receive stock and assist with stocktaking and inventory control
n
- Complete product info sheets and take garment measurements
n
- Step in to support our Customer Service team when needed. Help with emails,
returns, or order queries
n
- Assist in processing customer returns promptly and accurately when needed
n
- Help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
n
- Assist with general office duties and support other team members where needed
n
n
This role is for you if:
n
n
- You're happy doing pick & pack work as your main task, every day
n
- You have great attention to detail and enjoy staying organised
n
- You enjoy structured, repetitive work
n
- You have moderate computer skills (Shopify and Starshipit experience is a bonus but not essential)
n
- You're physically fit and comfortable being on your feet most of the day
n
- You are reliable, punctual, and have your own transport
n
