Due to continued growth at our Mackay site, we're seeking a Production Coordinator to drive planning, manage WIP, and keep operations running efficiently.
n
About Your Role:
n
As the Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in aligning materials, resources, and schedules with forecasted work—reducing delays, improving delivery timelines, and supporting a high-performing workshop setting.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Coordinate production schedules and planning
n
- Monitor and manage WIP to reduce bottlenecks and delays
n
- Ensure materials and resources are aligned with demand
n
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams
n
- Provide insights and reporting to support smarter, proactive decisions
n
n
About You:
n
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in planning role within a workshop or heavy industry environment
n
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
n
- SAP or ERP experience (highly regarded)
n
- Solutions-focused, adaptable, and proactive
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
- Engineering or Trade Qualifications will be highly regarded
n
