Sitemate is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering side of a product team, reporting to the Product General Manager. You’ll manage engineers, drive day-to-day execution, and ensure work moves from ready to ship with high quality and a predictable cadence.
The role sits in Sydney or Melbourne and offers remuneration AUD 140,000 - 170,000 including Super. You’ll work closely with the PDM and Tech Lead to balance delivery with architectural direction and product scope.
