Job Description

St George Motor Boat Club is seeking an experienced Catering Manager – Front of House to lead our Functions & Events team. The role oversees FOH delivery from setup to service and pack-down, ensuring high standards of presentation and guest experience.

You will manage FOH staffing, briefings, and coordination with kitchen and Functions Coordination Team, with weekend work as a regular part of the schedule.
