About the Role
n
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right Harley-Davidson motorcycle while building lasting relationships that extend well beyond the sale.
n
Success in this role is about more than achieving sales targets. It is about earning trust, understanding each customer's journey, and delivering an experience that keeps them coming back.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Build strong relationships with current and existing customers.
n
- Guide customers through the motorcycle purchasing journey.
n
- Manage and follow up sales enquiries from showroom, phone and online channels.
n
- Deliver a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
n
- Work closely with Parts, Accessories and Finance & Insurance teams.
n
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
n
- Stay up to date with Harley-Davidson products, technology and promotions.
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and understands the value of relationship-based selling.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
- Previous automotive, motorcycle or retail sales experience.
n
- A passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.
n
- Outstanding communication and rapport-building skills.
n
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
n
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
n
- Confidence using dealership and computer systems.
n
- A current unrestricted motorcycle licence.
n
