About the Role:

You'll be working as part of an experienced civil crew delivering water, sewer and stormwater drainage projects across Brisbane.

The role will involve:
n
n
- Installing water, sewer and stormwater pipelines
n
- Assisting with trenching, bedding and pipe installation
n
- Setting up trenches and working to levels
n
- Using laser levels and basic surveying equipment
n
- Connecting pipes, pits and drainage infrastructure
n
- Assisting excavator operators and other plant
n
- General civil labouring and site clean-up
n
- Working safely around underground services
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
- Previous experience with water, sewer or drainage pipe laying
n
- Ability to read plans and work to levels
n
- Experience using laser levels and setting up trenches
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a civil crew
n
- Strong understanding of HS&E; requirements
n
- Reliable attendance and robust work ethic
n
- Commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
n
n
Desirable – Not Essential

- HR Truck Licence
n
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects
n
- Plant operator tickets
n
- Dogman Ticket
n
- Confined Space Ticket
n
- Previous experience working with water/sewer authorities
