ORS is expanding its Workplace Rehabilitation team in Melbourne, and we’re seeking an experienced NES Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into a Principal Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Workplace Rehabilitation services specialising in New Employer Services
- Conduct functional capacity evaluations, vocational assessments & job readiness
- Manage return-to-work programs and injury management plans
- Liaise with employers, insurers, medical professionals & stakeholders
- Provide evidence-based case management and rehabilitation planning
- Work across homes, workplaces, clinics and ORS offices
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation / Rehab Consulting
- Qualification in one of the following:
- Psychology
- Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration with AHPRA, ASORC
- Strong stakeholder engagement and report writing skills
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
