About You:

n

Are you a fun, enthusiastic educator who thrives in a playful, collaborative environment? We're seeking a Lead Educator who brings warmth, creativity and initiative to our team.



As the Room Leader, you'll confidently guide your room's daily operations, create engaging age-appropriate programs, and build strong, supportive relationships with children, families and staff. You'll bring the EYLF to life through play, intentional teaching and meaningful documentation, helping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive space where every child feels seen, supported and inspired to learn.

You will possess:

n

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
- A commitment to maintaining child protected, inclusive environments, with a clear understanding that the rights and best interests of the child are paramount.
n
