Job Description

P3 Recovery Centre on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive Centre Manager / Sales Service Coordinator to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive revenue targets while delivering a top-tier client experience.

You will handle scheduling, inventory, banking, memberships, and billing, coordinate maintenance, implement marketing initiatives, and lead recruitment and KPI tracking to grow the centre and maintain safety standards.
