An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced WHS & Injury Management Lead to take the lead across workplace safety, injury management, workers compensation and wellbeing within a large and complex organisation.

This influential leadership role will see you shape strategy, strengthen safety capability and drive continuous improvement while ensuring robust outcomes across compliance, self-insurance and risk management.

The role:

- Lead WHS, injury management, rehabilitation and workers compensation functions
n
- Ensure compliance with legislation and ReturnToWorkSA self-insurance requirements
n
- Oversee incident management, audits, risk and corrective actions
n
- Analyse trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
n
- Build WHS capability and accountability across operational teams
n
- Build robust relationships with leaders,
regulators and external stakeholders.
n

About You:
n
n
- Senior leadership experience across WHS and injury management
n
- Strong knowledge of WHS, rehabilitation and injury management legislation
n
- Experience across self-insurance, compliance, auditing and risk
n
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability.
n
