Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our gaming machines by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
n
- Assisting customers with the use of gaming machines, including providing guidance and resolving any issues they may encounter.
n
- Maintaining a clean and well‐organised gaming area, adhering to health and safety standards.
n
- Monitoring and reporting on gaming machine performance and customer trends.
n
- Promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
n
- Providing excellent customer service, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanour at all times.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
- Experience working in a customer‐facing role, within the gaming or hospitality industry.
n
- Strong problem‐solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
n
- Familiarity and knowledge of the operation and maintenance of gaming machines and related equipment.
n
- A commitment to upholding responsible gaming practices and adhering to relevant regulations.
n
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
