About The Position

n

As a Full-Time Night Duty Registered Nurse, you'll provide safe, contemporary and person-centred clinical care while ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the home. Working collaboratively with care staff and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and responding to residents' clinical needs throughout the night.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is confident working independently, has strong clinical judgement, and is committed to delivering exceptional aged care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

n

n
- Providing high-quality clinical nursing care to residents during night shifts.
n
- Completing resident admissions and comprehensive clinical assessments as required.
n
- Developing, implementing and reviewing individualised care plans.
n
- Administering medications safely and accurately.
n
- Monitoring residents' health and responding promptly to changes in condition.
n
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
n
- Coordinating overnight clinical care and responding to emergencies.
n
- Providing leadership, guidance and support to care staff during your shift.
n
- Ensuring care is delivered in line with AHPRA standards,



Aged Care Quality Standards and Respect policies.

About You

n

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who can confidently lead overnight clinical care within a residential aged care environment.

n

You'll Have

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Demonstrated nursing experience (aged care experience is highly regarded).
n
- Strong clinical assessment and decision‐making skills.
n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
n
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
- Understanding of aged care accreditation requirements.
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Ability to meet Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements.
n
- Availability and commitment to work a full-time permanent night duty roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.
