We're recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning Manager to join a high-growth capital intensive business

n

Working closely with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's financial sustainability and long-term growth by delivering sophisticated financial modelling, capital planning, investment analysis and strategic insights that underpin key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

n

n




- Develop and maintain sophisticated whole-of-life three-way financial models covering profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
n
- Lead long-range financial planning, annual budgeting and rolling forecasting, translating organisational strategy into robust financial plans.
n
- Deliver capital allocation analysis, funding strategy, refinancing support, covenant reporting and capital metrics.
n
- Prepare Board and Executive reporting, translating complex financial analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
n
- Drive improvements across financial systems, data architecture and reporting capability to enhance decision making.
n
- Lead strategic finance projects while influencing senior stakeholders and driving scalable process improvements.
n

About You

n

You'll be an accomplished finance professional with a background in Corporate Finance, FP&A; or Strategic Finance who enjoys solving complex commercial problems and influencing executive decision making.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- CA or CFA qualified
n
- Advanced experience building sophisticated three-way financial models and long-term scenario analysis.
n
- Strong commercial understanding of capital allocation, debt funding, refinancing, covenant management and capital markets.
n
- Exceptional Board and Executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
n
- Experience translating business strategy into long-range financial plans, budgets and rolling forecasts.
n
- Robust understanding of financial systems, data transformation and reporting architecture.
n
- Highly developed analytical thinking, commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead projects and influence change across a complex organisation.
