We are representing a rapidly expanding Construction & Infrastructure practice advising on significant disputes and major projects across Australia.
n
The team acts for clients in the new energy, property and infrastructure sectors and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer to develop their career in a high-performing, supportive setting.

The Role
n
You'll work across a wide range of construction and infrastructure disputes, including:
n
n
- Supreme Court litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
n
- Dispute management across major project cycles
n
- Contract interpretation, risk and claims management
n
- Collaboration with front-end, projects and real estate teams on complex matters
n
n
This role provides genuine career development, exposure to high-quality work and the chance to work closely with experienced senior practitioners on landmark projects.
n
About You
n
You will have 3 to 7 years' post-admission experience in construction disputes, gained in private practice or in-house, with:
n
n
- Strong technical and drafting skills
n
- Experience across litigation, arbitration or adjudication matters
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
n
- A genuine interest in the construction and infrastructure sector
n
n
