This role involves supporting a quadriplegic client in their home. Morning shifts involve 2 staff assisting together for approximately 3 hours per shift.

- Hoisting/transfers using a sling lifter
n
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
n
- Assisting with morning routine and getting ready for the day
n
- Supporting client dignity, comfort, and independence
n

About you
n
n
- Studying nursing or currently working as an AIN/support worker
n
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable
n
- Comfortable with personal care tasks
n
- Experience with manual handling and hoisting preferred (training can be discussed)
n
- Positive communication skills and ability to work within a small team
n
