Aussizz Group is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Registered Migration Agent to join our growing Mawson Lakes office.

n

This position is suited to an agent who can independently assess client circumstances, develop practical migration strategies and manage applications from initial consultation through to finalisation. You will work with a supportive team while handling a diverse caseload across skilled, employer-sponsored, student, graduate, partner and family migration pathways.

n

Key responsibilities

n

- Conduct detailed consultations and assess clients' migration options
n
- Develop clear, compliant and realistic migration strategies
n
- Prepare, lodge and manage visa, nomination and sponsorship applications
n
- Draft submissions, statements and supporting correspondence
n
- Review supporting documents and identify potential risks or gaps
n
- Communicate with clients throughout the application process
n
- Liaise with employers, skills-assessing authorities and relevant government departments
n
- Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines and records within the company's CRM
n
- Keep up to date with changes to migration legislation, policy and procedures
n
- Work closely with education consultants, case officers and management
n
- Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, confidentiality and compliance
n

Essential requirements

n

n




- Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority
n
- Valid Migration Agent Registration Number
n
- Sound knowledge of Australian migration legislation and policy
n
- Strong written communication and submission-drafting skills
n
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
n
- Excellent attention to detail and document-review skills
n
- Professional, ethical and client-focused approach
n
- Australian working rights
n

Highly regarded

- Previous experience working as a Registered Migration Agent
n
- Experience with employer-sponsored, skilled and family migration matters
n
- Experience managing complex cases or responding to Department requests
n
- Ability to build qualified relationships with employers and business clients
n
- Additional language skills
n
