What You'll Do

n

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll provide tailored, high-quality support in our Specialist Independent Living (SIL) houses and during community access shifts. Rosters vary to match participant needs — including 1:1 and 1:2 ratios across 24/7 shifts.

- Delivering personalised care in line with each participant's individual support and behaviour plans
n
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, medication support, and meal prep
n
- Creating protected, supportive environments and proactively managing behaviours of concern
n
- Engaging participants in meaningful activities that build independence, confidence, and quality of life
n

What You'll Bring

n

We're looking for Support Workers who are not only qualified — but confident, calm under pressure,



and committed to growth.

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
n
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
n
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Proven experience in mental health or disability support
n
