Dash Group is on the hunt for a driven, sales-focused Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in the heart of the CBD. We're a fast-paced agency specialising in labour hire across construction, civil, and trades – and we're expanding.

What's the role?

n

This is a trainee recruitment role. Initially you will focus on candidate attraction and quickly be promoted into a full 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on business development. You'll be sourcing top-quality candidates and placing them into short-term and ongoing labour hire roles and eventuallybuilding and managing your own client base.

Your day-to-day will include:

n

- Posting job ads and screening candidates
n
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
n
- Managing placements from start to finish
n
- Working closely with our payroll and compliance team
n
- Hitting weekly KPIs and driving your own success
n
- Making outbound sales calls and visiting construction sites
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n

What we're looking for:

n




- Proven experience in a fast-paced or sales environment(recruitment, trades, construction supply, restaurant industry etc.)
n
- A confident communicator who's not afraid to pick up the phone or knock in office doors
n
- Motivated, results-focused and resilient
n
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with competing priorities
n
- Industry knowledge is a bonus – but not essential if you're a quick learner
n
