Tandem Partners is partnering with a large and growing national organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager. This newly created role offers the chance to shape and lead a strategic talent acquisition function during a period of growth and expansion.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will develop and deliver the organisation's talent acquisition strategy across specialist and corporate populations, combining workforce planning, recruitment delivery, employer branding and data-driven
